In a day full of Kanye West headlines (we can already tell you anther one is on the way), the talented artist/designer continues to use his Twitter to uplift, air out and promote via 140 characters, with his last Tweet directed towards the greatest basketball player of all time.

Apologizing to Michael Jordan presumably over “FACTS,” Kanye makes it clear in the tweet posted above that he has the utmost respect and love for MJ and that the beef was with Nike CEO Mark Parker. As EPMD would say, business never personal.

This makes a ton of sense as Kanye has shown his fandom of MJ over the years early and often, rocking Jordans on the regular and mentioning him in many lyrics. Conversely, his issues with Parker and Nike were often addressed in interviews and on tour during the Yeezus album run, generally referring to his displeasure with not being able to create/release as many Yeezys as he’d like with Nike and the brand’s policy on athletes versus artists in regards to both reach and royalties.

**UPDATE** Kanye, who called LeBron fam after the “FACTS” whirlwind to clear up any confusion, also big upped the Nike LeBron 13 “LuxBron” in a tweet with a screenshot from Hypebeast (props!). Check it out below.
