Teaming up with Kendrick Lamar, Nike will be rolling out new Cortez iterations, which will pay homage to the rapper. And while details still remain scarce, the first images of an all-red version of Lamar’s Cortez were recently revealed.
Staying true to the original, Lamar’s Cortez have intricate details, like his initials embroidered in white on the heels. Referencing his latest hit album, “DAMN” is embroidered on the tongue. Even his music label, Top Dawg Entertainment gets some love as the acronym “TDE” can be found on the lace tabs.
