Air Jordan 10 “Shadow”

Before the hype on sneakers reached the high point it’s at now, many outlets would have heat that would sit there for weeks. I used to get really lucky by cold calling stores to see what they had in stock and placing phone orders for those items. I was able to order the DMP XIs for $99, the “Fire Red” 3s from 2007 for 79$ and plenty of samples that never made it to production. The biggest steal for me was obtained through information posted to the “Outlet” thread on Nike Talk. While most retro Jordans that hit outlets at that time were retailing from $80-$100, the B-Grade “Shadow” Air Jordan 10 via the Countdown Packs released at outlets for $49.99, and I was lucky enough to order two pairs over the phone. I still have no clue why they were marked down so low because, other than a minor scuff on one pair, they were pretty flawless. My honorable mention is the “Sunset” Air Jordan WMNS 5 Sunset that was marked down to $25.
