Although Kevin Durant is the ultimate leader for the Oklahoma City Thunder, the up-and-coming team has shown that they can succeed on their own basketball and sneaker-wise. If you recall, a few of Durant’s teammates debuted the Nike Zoom KD III in a game against the Boston Celtics while Kevin Durant was out with an injury. Today, our Kicks On Court reveals a few of the Thunder rocking new Nike Basketball kicks again.
In a win against the New Jersey Nets, point guard Russell Westbrook debuted the newly-designed Nike Air Max Fly By on court. The Air Max Fly By is very similar to the Nike Zoom Hyperfuse in form, yet, this new model possesses an Air sole unit in the heel. In addition, players such as Jeff Green and Nick Collison debuted new team bank colorways of the Nike Zoom KD III. These KD IIIs feature a mainly white leather base with two shades of blue appearing throughout the upper in multiple sections.
