During the 2009-2010 NBA season, the Nike Zoom Kobe V was undoubtedly the most worn signature model on the hardwood. It seemed as if at least one player on each team sported the Kobe’s fifth signature model at least once. We are now starting to see a similar trend with the newly-designed Nike Zoom Kobe VI. Throughout our Kicks On Court, we have spotlighted Kobe rocking three different colorways of his sixth signature sneaker, however, more and more players are starting to lace this shoe up. Last night, we spotted JR Smith, Peja Stojakovic, Nick Young and Amir Johnson rocking different colorways of the Kobe VI. Peja played his first ‘Away’ game in a Mavericks uniform while wearing the Cool Grey/Varsity Royal Kobe VI, while JR Smith and Nick Young sported NikeiD versions of the Kobe VI. Lastly, Amir Johnson laced up a NikeiD White/Red Kobe VI. Have you created your pair on NikeiD yet or purchased a general release from your local retailer? Does the Kobe VI interests you more than the Kobe V? View these kicks plus more, worn by John Wall, Derrick Rose, Chris Paul, Carlos Boozer and others, below.
