Every year, a few of the Boston Celtics players add a little gold to their regular green and white PEs for St. Patrick’s Day. This year is no different as our Kicks On Court spotted teammates Ray Allen and Rajon Rondo rocking white and gold sneakers for the approaching St. Paddy’s Day. In a loss against the New Jersey Nets, Ray Allen rocked the “Bin 23” Air Jordan 9, while Rajon Rondo pulled out a white/gold Nike Air Max BB 360 PE. To further associate his selection with St. Patrick’s Day, Allen incorporated green laces into his 2010 retro 9s. As for Rondo’s PEs, they simply featured a mainly white base with gold flywire laced side panels. View these kicks plus more, worn by LeBron James, John Wall, Monta Ellis and others, below.
