Sadly, 2008-09 NCAA March Madness is finally over. With that said, many sports junkies have tossed their brackets into the trash only to complete a new bracket 12 months from now. If you picked UNC to win it all, kudos to you! In addition to the memorable night, our Kicks On Court spotted the 2008-09 NCAA Champions in some nice Jordan and Nike PEs. Being a part of a Jordan sponsored team, one would think every member would willingly wear Jordan sneakers, right? Wrong! UNC’s starting backcourt, Ty Lawson and Wayne Ellington, both wore specific Nike PEs. Lawson laced up a UNC inspired Nike Zoom LeBron Soldier II, while Ellington sported a white/sky blue colorway of the Nike Air Blue Chip.
