In 2015, LeBron James and Kanye West are pretty much opposing entities within the sneaker realm. Some may argue that LeBron is Nike’s biggest endorser and Kanye is that to adidas. However, in 2014 during an innocuous NBA Finals shootaround, LeBron James stunned us all by rocking the “Red October” iteration of the Nike Air Yeezy 2.
Hitting shots from all over the floor and not being afraid of destroying the “sneaker grail,” it’s obvious that being a Nike sponsored athlete has its perks. Nonetheless, ‘Bron ‘Bron spent the whole afternoon of that June 7th day being both an icon on the court and an icon of style.
