If you recall, Phoenix Suns point guard Steve Nash won the MVP award two years in a row (2004-2006); therefore, it is only fitting that his latest sneaker is dubbed the Nike Zoom MVP. During the 2008 part of this season, Nash consistently played in the Nike Zoom BB II Low; however, since 2009 began, our Kicks On Court has spotted Nash in his trainer-like signature sneaker.

This particular colorway seems more fitting for the University of Texas athletes rather than the Phoenix Suns jerseys. It features a Black/White leather upper with orange accents on the side wall, toe cap, tongue and heel. Seeing that the Nash is an avid soccer fan, this shoe seems to fit his style to the tee. Although the Zoom MVP is not your typical basketball sneaker, it is supposedly a very safe sneaker to play basketball in.
