Portland Trail Blazers All-Star LaMarcus Aldridge has been garnering attention with his limitless amount of Nike Hyperposite player exclusives for the past two years. Hyperposites, such as his Area 72 pair or the all-red PE he debuted in Brooklyn, are some of the most notable shoes we’ve seen on court.
In yesterday’s Game 2 win over the Rockets, Aldridge dropped 43 points in the second wear of his Hyperposite “Playoffs” PE. Similar to a number of his other exclusives, Aldridge’s playoff-ready shoe dons a red ‘Posite base and his nickname, “L-SMOOTH,” on the tongue. A unique, decorative red, black and silver print is also seen throughout the midfoot.
