Paul Pierce has been rocking his signature sneaker, the Nike Air Legacy, throughout the 2009-2010 NBA season. We have featured him rocking special colorways of this sneaker including the white/black-green and the black/green-gold pair he wore against the Lakers earlier this year. However, for the playoffs, our Kicks On Court has spotted Pierce rocking two new Nike Air Legacys that feature simpler color schemes than the pairs he wore in the regular season.
In game 5 of the Boston Celtics vs Cleveland Cavaliers series, Paul Pierce laced up his “Playoff” Nike Air Legacy for ‘Away’ games. It simply possesses a 100% black colored base constructed of leather and mesh (side panels). Minimal green accents, such as the swoosh and Paul Pierce tongue branding, are added to match the Celtics jerseys. If you recall, we showed you detailed photos of two Nike Air Legacy colorways; yet, the one he wore yesterday was not included. View these kicks plus more worn by LeBron James, Paul Pierce, Rasheed Wallace and others.
