Throughout the 2008-09 NBA season, our Kicks On Court has spotted one of the most underrated players in the NBA wearing one of the more overlooked Nike basketball sneakers. Denver Nuggets starting power forward Kenyon Martin has laced up the Nike Zoom Blur in 90% of his games this year. We say 90% because Martin did his best impression of Superman last night, at halftime, by switching his kicks up for the second half. In the fifth and final game of the Dallas Mavericks-Denver Nuggets series, ‘K-Mart’ wore the aforementioned Nike Zoom Blur in the first half, yet he finished the game of in the Nike Shox Slam TB. The Zoom Blur contained white, sky blue and yellow on the base, while the Shox Slam TB only featured white and sky blue. Both shoes are average at best, especially when putting them against other 2008-09 Nike basketball releases such as the Hyperdunk, the Hypermax and the Blue Chip.
