As part of the Zoom Kobe V Unveiling, Nike stopped us by a historical place in California in the form of Venice Beach. If you recall, this is the very place the classic movie White Men Can’t Jump was shot. Therefore, where was Billy Hoyle and Sidney Deane in their Command Forces and Flight Lite Highs? While we didn’t see them nor their shoes, we have created a Kicks On Court: Venice Beach edition for you.

As within many gyms these days, Kobe and Lebron’s sneakers were ever so present on the courts. One would assume that their would be way more Kobe sneakers on the court than LeBrons seeing that we’re in California, right? Wrong. There were many different LeBron VII’s on the on the court, while the Kobe IV gradient colorway was a constant on Venice Beach’s ‘A’ court.
