1994 saw the retro release of the original White/Red Air Jordan 1. I received a pair of Jordans for my birthday during the previous 3-4 years, but as a huge Bulls and Jordan fan, who was 10 years old, there had never been an opportunity to get the models from the early days. The idea of the retro really was the beginning of the sneakerhead movement for me and, in many ways, everyone.
