Models: Nike Kobe 8 “Year of the Horse”, Nike Kobe 8 “Year of the Snake” Collection

Kobe Bryant’s eighth signature sneaker was a staple in two different calendar years, and in turn took the Chinese Zodiac to another level. 2013 was the “Year of the Snake”, and correlating with KB’s “Black Mamba” nickname, Nike put out a special Nike Kobe 8 EXT Collection that included three different colorways, as seen below. Then to kick off 2014, which is now the “Year of the Horse”, the brand in Beaverton again utilized the above Kobe 8 silhouette in China’s traditional red and yellow color combination.
