The adidas Crazy 8 is one of the more popular adidas basketball models ever released by the Three Stripes insignia and Mr. Bryant surely has a lot to do with it. The aforementioned model employs the brand’s Torsion System which was an insert in the midfoot to provide torsional flexibility between the forefoot and rearfoot. In addition, the silhouette features an EVA midsole for added performance functionality, along with an inner-lining bootie constructed to minimize friction for prospective athletes.

Lastly, the abundance of NBA players rocking PE versions of the adidas Crazy 8 is vast as we’ve seen the likes of Derrick Rose, Brandon Knight and Jrue Holiday hit the hardwood in the model. Also, a handful of adidas sponsored Universities have showcased their very own PEs of the aforementioned silhouette as well, such as Louisville, Wisconsin, and Cleveland State, just to name a few.
