Through the first couple weeks of the NBA season, one thing is already abundantly clear about the Chicago Bulls: they aren’t going to win a lot of games. But while this is a rebuilding year for Chicago, the Bulls potentially have a star on their hands in rookie Lauri Markkanen.
Even LeBron James is impressed with Markkanen as he complimented the Bulls rookie after Cleveland’s 119-112 victory on Tuesday. James also couldn’t help give Markkanen a shoutout for rocking his Nike Air Zoom Generation at Arizona.
“He wore my shoes a couple times,” James said. “He actually did. He wore my retros. I liked that.”
The Nike Air Zoom Generation is one of James’ favorites, which hopefully means more retro releases in 2018.
