The adidas A-ZX series has allowed the beloved adidas ZX line to receive 26 different treatments, with each tooling based on letters of the alphabet. Following R for retro, L looks to represent Legos. The LEGO x adidas ZX 8000 brings back themes of childhood and amusement while also presenting a playful take on the historic model.
From the Lego-constructed box, it is easy to identify the sneaker with the iconic building-block brand. The model itself sees a variety of colorful additives, with the color pallet heavily influenced by classic Lego pieces. The LEGO theme becomes extremely evident with their signature tongue branding and a green block attached to the laces.
The LEGO x adidas ZX 8000 looks to release very soon through the adidas.com/a-zx and select retailers such as Overkill and 43einhalb. Take an official look at the upcoming pair, including a LEGO installation that can be seen over at Germany’s Overkill and 43einhalb.
