Nike LeBron XI “Terracotta Warrior”

With this year’s LeBron silhouette campaign in its initial stages, the Nike LeBron 11 “Terracotta Warrior” joined the long list of Asian-inspired LeBrons that kicked off the latest signature. Released in China on October 1, 2013, this colorway was made to emulate a warrior’s spirit of confidence, grit, determination and hard work. The use of neutral stone colors along with vibrant hues of purple, teal and red is said to represent how Chinese statues were originally painted. The graphic textures on the upper allude to the linked, plated armor that the warriors wore.
