| We can definitely credit Lupe Fiasco with bringing a very peculiar swagger to the hip hop world, and this collaborative effort is just as unique. The Coolest rapper joins forces with Converse to create the low-cut version of the Converse PRODUCT (RED). Earlier in the year, we showed you the high-top version, and many of you frantically requested a release date. Supposedly, along with the low-cut style, these sneakers will release in January 2009.
Wrapped in black patent leather, these sneakers are very unique and eye-catching to say the least. Red accents are visible on the tongue, midsole, and laceholders. The PRODUCT (RED) campaign’s goal is to increase awareness and raise money for humanitarian efforts.
