Ahead of the July 26 premier of Marvel Studios’ “Deadpool & Wolverine,” adidas is dropping an exclusive capsule collection for the fans.
The Marvel x adidas “Deadpool & Wolverine” collection includes two themed adidas Rivalry Low sneakers, an adizero Electric cleat, graphic tees, and an adidas Originals silhouette set to be unveiled when the film premieres. The collection boasts vibrant color blocking and playful details inspired by Deadpool and Wolverine, including tongue-in-cheek jokes on the sock liners, censored language, and storage pouches reminiscent of Deadpool’s over-the-top costume.
The Wolverine-themed adidas Rivalry Low pays tribute to the classic yellow suit making its on-screen debut in the film.
“This collab with Marvel Studios’ ‘Deadpool & Wolverine’ has been a wild ride,” said Shane Jochum, adidas’ senior director of NAM strategic partnerships. “Our ongoing relationship with Marvel keeps opening up new ways to connect with fans through fresh, film-inspired gear.”
