Michael Jordan dropping 36 points against an upstart Denver Nuggets squad isn’t very memorable, but his 37th point lives in hoops history. After giving Dikembe Mutombo and the rest of the home team all they could handle for four quarters, MJ looked to cap off the game with a highlight dunk before time expired. Mark Macon wasn’t having it, wrapping up MJ with 5 seconds left. Jordan laughed it off, swishing his first free throw and classically cashing in the second with his eyes closed.
