Victim: Portland Trailblazers
Stats: 40 points, 8 boards, 7 assists
Serving as a preview of the 1992 NBA Finals, Michael Jordan headed to Nike’s backyard to beat up on the Blazers on Black Friday. The eventual Western Conference champs took MJ to the brink, forcing Mike to hit a pull-up game tier to send the game into OT. While rival and future Dream Team teammate Clyde Drexler would drop 38 points and grab 12 boards that night, MJ’s 40, 8 and 7 combined with Pip’s 28, 11 and 8 would prove to much as the Bulls took the W in Rip City.
