Few sneakers encompass the value of those worn by Michael Jordan. Monetary gain aside, the historical context and sentiment in such grails far outweigh any price tag one can place on them.
But often times these shoes that can never be fully recouped in price go up for auction, like this game worn and autographed Air Jordan 11 Black/Red from the 1996 NBA Finals. Jordan wore this pair in Game 3 where his Bulls routed the Seattle Supersonics 108-86. This authenticated pair was said to have been given to then Supersonics guard Eric Snow by Michael himself after the game.
If you remember, they went up for grabs last summer and sold for $17,000. They’ve since popped up again with the current bid of $15,000. So if you’re disposable income allows for such activity, bids can be placed here.
