In an epic collaboration, mita sneakers and New Balance have teamed up with Tokyo artist Sneakerwolf to remaster the classic 990v4 silhouette.
Dubbed the mita sneakers x Sneakerwolf x New Balance 990v4 “Bouncing Frog,” the name takes its inspiration from the Boston Common Frog Pond. Varying shades of green cover the upper, which sits atop of a white midsole that provides a nice contrast. Hints of white on the side, tongue and heel branding help to accent the greenness of the sneaker. Sneakerwolf designed custom insoles feature frog graphics and mita sneakers’ signature chainlink fence pattern.
Look for this collaborative effort to be released on Saturday, August 25 at mita sneakers.
