New Balance debuted the 920 in 2020 and the model isn’t new to collaborations with Patta and SNS getting their respective colorways in the past year, and this time they partnered with the MTA (Metropolitan Transit Authority).
The upper is made up of mesh and pigskin suede overlays in the iconic New Balance grey with reflective hits on the heeltab, mudguard, toebox, and tongue. The MTA logo is stitched into the heel and on the insoles with the classic N logo stitched on the quarter panel.
Crafted in New Balance’s UK facility in Flimby, the 920 takes inspiration from England and NYC alike. On the tongue New Balance is stitched in blue with Made in England in white with an American flag dubrae is on the right shoe with the Union Jack on the other.
