Russ Bengtson: ?It?s a mesh toe tennis shoe. I actually bought a couple of pairs, I don?t usually wear white but it?s kind of like an alternative wear to the Rod Laver. They?re what Pete Sampras wore before he wound up on Nike. He really loved that shoe. It?s a super, solid basic, tennis shoe but far outside the norm. I like trying to mix it up every once and a while. There?s a few places you can still get them online and they?re $45 so you?re pretty much spending Vans money.?
