The New Balance 550 Receives The “Royal Toe” Treatment

New Balance continues to add simplistic New Balance 550 colorways with a few design motifs. The hype around vintage and retro aesthetics continue to grow, as does the demand for more 80s and 90s basketball sneakers.

This offering is crafted in a white leather base with blue suede detailing on the toe boxes and heels. Hints of blue reappear on the tongues and tongue tabs, followed by retro New Balance hoops branding on the tongues. Finishing touches include rubber soles and New Balance branding throughout the uppers.
