New Balance Celebrates 40 Years Of Its Made In U.K Line With a 991

In 2021, the New Balance 991 celebrated its 20th anniversary, now in 2022, New Balance will honor forty years of its manufacturing presence in the United Kingdom. As the year carries on, expect the creatives at New Balance to release more silhouettes from the Made In U.K. lineup.

The Boston-based retailer first set up its production line in Filmby Cumbria U.K. in 1982. Since then, New Balance has produced a plethora of New Balance silhouettes, which are part of the brand’s Made In UK series. Fans of the series can expect the pair to release in premium materials. The offering comes layered in a grey and white colorway that will release as a women’s exclusive.
