During the NBA Paris Games, New Balance unveiled its latest basketball silhouette dubbed the Fresh Foam BB.
With the help of Chicago Bulls guard Zach Lavine, the New Balance Fresh Foam BB was introduced to the world in the French capital during his team’s match against the Detroit Pistons.
As its name entails, the pair is infused with the label’s award-winning Fresh Foam cushioning system underfoot, as well as with a TPU cage for added stability. The pair’s technical specs also include a lightweight, one-piece FitWeave upper dressed in an icy blue hue. Further accenting the pair are hits of pink, purple, peach, yellow, and lime green, colors inspired by the architecture of the Rue Cremieux in Paris.
On the launch, Lavine shared, “I have been working with the New Balance design team on this launch since I first joined the brand, so I am really excited to be able to talk about it and wear it on court. The feel of this shoe is incredible. The combination of the soft ride with the right mix of stability allows me to focus on my game while my feet stay fresh.”
The New Balance Fresh Foam BB “Paris” is available now via NewBalance.com and select retailers for $130. For more drops you can cop, check out our Sneaker Release Dates Calendar.
