New Balance has long held beliefs that extend far beyond apparel and footwear, championing meaningful change around the world. In their latest continuation of the star-studded “We Got Now” campaign, the Boston-based brand looks to inspire others to take action towards their goals.
The campaign focuses on the age-old idiom “impatience is a virtue,” a phrase that the young generation has heard time and time again. Rather than wait for life’s due process, the next generation of youth have been self-starters, carving out their own path to success. Similarly, the video displays various figures of New Balance carving out their own lane while simultaneously inspiring the next generation to reach for the stars. Below is a short summary of the starring ambassadors.
Jaden Smith is driven to change the world one community at a time by ensuring access to clean water through his Water Box project, declaring “when you know what you want, waiting isn’t an option.”
Coco Gauff is determined to reach the top of her game. Despite her age, she is aggressively rising the ranks in tennis while ensuring her voice is heard off the court.
Sydney McLaughlin is looking to finish what she started back in Rio in 2016 as a senior in high school and is steadfast in achieving her goals as the face of US Track & Field.
As New Balance continues to make moves both in sneakers and in popular culture, look for the brand to continue their “We Got Now” campaign efforts in the coming months.
