The Nike Basketball Elite Academy in Santa Monica this weekend featured much of the best youth talent across a wide spectrum of players. With current NBA stars on hand alongside retired players acting as coaches, the hoops academy not only featured some of the league’s brightest stars, but many of its most revered signature sneaker silhouettes.

The Nike Kyrie 1 “Warhawk” debuted this weekend, taking inspiration from fighter jets and aircrafts of a similar aesthetic. The tongue denotes a reworked iteration of the Kyrie 1 logo while a brown and black base makes way for a yellow and black hued heel. Finished with a white midsole and red outer, the Nike Kyrie 1 “Warhawk” is said to only be a friends and family release only, but we’ll certainly update if that changes.
