The No Fun League monicker appears to hold true in the world of cleats as Pittsburgh Steelers star wide receiver Antonio Brown was told by league officials to change out of his blue and gold cleats if he wanted to play in the second half of last week’s game against the Eagles.

His custom cleats which differ from league dress code/team colors feature pictures of his children and were worn for the entire season opener where Brown was fined for both his footwear and touchdown dance. The Week 1 fine Brown said was “nothing to a boss” (editor’s note: nice) but the recent ruling on his footwear would’ve prevented him from playing in the second half of the game so he changed his cleats. Brown will receive another fine for wearing the custom cleats in the first half of this recent game, but we still say props to him for having fun and showing love to his fam.
