Our very own George Kiel vouched for the inclusion of Earl Bennett within our All-22 list, and to be frank, he was spot on. This former Vanderbilt product snagged passes for the Chicago Bears last season, and recently signed a free agent contract with the Cleveland Browns. Despite the unfortunate circumstances that leaves Bennett a free agent at the moment, his role on the All-22 Team is more than secure.
When viewing Bennett’s collection, two things come to mind: quality and consistency. While he may not flaunt the gems within his collection, you understand that there is an abundance therein. Whether he’s rocking the “What The Kobe” 8s around Christmas or bringing out a pair of UK LeBron 7s, Bennett surely knows how to turn a lot of heads.
Bennett is also not afraid of stepping outside of the box, showcasing a pair of the Li-Ning Way of Wade 2 “Ring Night” that incorporates a gold hue with purple accents. Subsequently, he provides a bit of uniqueness on our team, as he remains the only player to rock the Way of Wade 2s. Hopefully, Bennett can catch on somewhere this season, no pun intended, and remain the solid third-down threat that he has been his entire career. With this in mind, good luck, Earl.
