A Star is Born
While Scottie was serving folks in Chicago, another icon was blooming in the Eastern Conference. Orlando Magic combo guard Penny Hardaway capped off an impressive rookie campaign in ’94, playing in and starting all 82 games. Over the course of the season, Penny averaged 16 points alongside roughly six dimes, five boards and two steals a night. He did all this in some of the best sneakers from the Nike Flight camp, namely his PE pair of the Nike Air Up.
