Roundel by London Underground x Nike Air Max 90 “Jacquard”
“I was fascinated with double decker buses when I was a kid, and to my mother’s disdain, my dream job was to become a bus driver. When I first saw the abstract design of the Roundel by London Underground x Nike Air Max Collection, something about it brought back a sense of familiarity. Although it’s inspired by the London transportation system’s seat upholstery from the 1980s, the red, brown, black and tan colors resemble the classic colors of the Kowloon Motor Buses in 1990s Hong Kong.”
