White Men Can’t Jump
1992 would be an incredible year for hoops as Michael Jordan would secure his second straight championship and Larry Johnson, aka Grandmama, made his NBA debut. However, what many may remember from that year is the cinematic release of White Men Can’t Jump. This iconic basketball film starred Woody Harrelson and Wesley Snipes as their unlikely partnership would develop into a cinematic triumph. Although the film garnered superb reviews, many sneaker enthusiasts remember Billy Hoyle aka Woody Harrelson for lacing up the Nike Air Command Force throughout a majority of the film.
