The Nike Air Flightposite was one of the most innovative models created by Nike during the 1990s. Looking to create a more streamlined model, Nike and designer Eric Avar ditched conventional laces for a full-length zipper in order to create a more holistic look. Utilizing several type of sports cars as a muse, the Nike Air Flightposite elicits a foam and Flightposite upper for added performance functionality.
