Those of you who grew up in an earlier time remember the Nike Air Force 1 as a far different shoe than it is today. The Bruce Kilgore design was bulkier, much heavier, and often times sold with the famed jewel Swoosh. Nike is returning the latter later this year in a throwback to such an era.
Although the jewel Swoosh has appeared sparingly throughout the years, a proper reinstatement this year looks scheduled for next month. Featured on both the Air Force 1 Low and the Air Force 1 Mid, the jewel edition explores premium tumbled leather construction in Off-White, Khaki, Sail and Pearl Pink tonal executions.
