Custom sneakers have evolved from a hobby to a quintessential category within the sneaker community. Artists are creating more than just a pair of sneakers for clients, celebrities and even athletes.
While the silhouettes and styles may be the different, the underlying themes stay true across the board — creating a unique piece of art by providing the best quality. Sam Mcinnes cooked up an extravagant Nike Air Force 1 Low that left us speechless.
This AF1 Low “Samurai” features a tattooed lamb veg tan, black carp leather with gold foil scales, red and black woven silk and black ballistic material in addition to a kangaroo sockliner. But there’s more to it. The carp is sewn using vintage 24K Japanese thread which was silk wrapped then electro charged with gold.
Absolute heat.
Take a look at these one-of-a-kind customs below and be sure to follow the artist behind the pair here.
