A Metallic Silver Swoosh Adorns the Nike Air Force 1 PLT.AF.ORM

Nike is still celebrating as the Nike Air Force 1 is in the midst of its 40th anniversary. As a silhouette that’s been at the center of many eras, this sneaker is as tried and true as they come. But it’s always good to switch things up a bit, which is what we see here with the all-new Nike Air Force 1 PLT.AF.ORM.

Although this silhouette is unique in its own right, it nods to the classic Air Force 1 with an all-white leather upper. The Swoosh has a staggered effect, with one Swoosh as a silhouette and the other Swoosh shifted down in “Metallic Silver.” Other “Metallic silver” details are seen on the tongue, heel tabs, and upgraded lace dubrae. The insoles are marked with “AF1.EST.1982,” a commemorative detail that honors the sneaker’s 40th Anniversary. The upper sits atop an extra stacked midsole, which builds into a split on the rear. This sneaker has an experimental flair that is sure to satisfy creatives and tastemakers alike.
