The World Basketball Festival is ready to get going. And because the entire event is headed up by the Nike family of companies, it only makes sense that the classic Air Force 1 is releasing in some special colorways. We know that the USA, France, China, Puerto Rico and Brazil will own special edition colorways of the AF1 in honor of their respective team’s participation in the WBF. This is, however, our first look at the underside that has everyone talking. Each shoe will have a solid color premium leather upper with the represented country’s flag on the tongue and an outsole that shows one of the designs seen here through its icy base.
