Over the past couple of years, Nike has blessed us with a number of Nike Air Griffey Max 1 colorways such as the ?Sport Red?, ?Fresh Water? and the Grey/Marina Blue. Yet, the Nike Air Griffey Max 1 ?Emerald? is expected to be the most sought-after of the retro colors. This particular sneaker has not hit retailers since its debut in 1996 and is inspired by Griffey?s time with the Seattle Mariners. Emerald Green and black control most of the nubuck textured upper, while white hints, such as the Swoosh, #24 and the shoelaces, provide nice contrast.
