The Air Max 1 Essential places premium materials on the classic Air Max 1 silhouette. Bright yellow coloring cloaks the synthetic material wrapping the upper. Balance is provided by a cool grey overlay, which sits atop white mesh. White laces and branding keep the look clean. A yellow visible Air Max is infused in the white midsole, before the three colors share space on the outsole. The Nike Air Max 1 Essential Cool Grey/Yellow is available now at select retailers, including Titolo.
The Nike Air Max 1 first released in 1987, and seen a number of remakes since. The shoe remains a staple in the sneaker culture, and does not so slow down anytime soon.
