You know about the Nike Air Force 1 “Jewel,” but are you familiar with the Nike Air Max 1 “Jewel?” If so, good for you. If not, you’ll be up to speed sooner than expected as Nike has plans to return the shoe later this year.
After the Air Force 1 made the Jewel Swoosh famous decades ago, Nike began to experiment with it on pairs of the Air Max 1 back in the mid 90’s. Now it looks like pairs are upcoming for summer, with this original colorway in White/University Red vindicated ahead of the rest.
