Seth Rogen and Zac Efron may disagree on the depth of Bruce Wayne’s voice but Dark Night fans of all eras agree on his signature shades. Draped in black and yellow – no Wiz Khalifa – the Nike Air Max 95 Batman sees the Swoosh once again dipping into unexpected nostalgia without notice or naming.
Much like the Nintendo 64 Air Max 97s or Mighty Ducks Air Max 90s, these are not an official collab or the signature shoe of Master Bruce. As we all know, Tinker Hatfield created exactly that for Michael Keaton back in the day when he upped the ante and protection on the Air Jordan 6.
Essentially, these are just a GR Air Max 95 with a color narrative that’s too close to ignore and certainly enough to get excited about.
Like coveted OG AM95s, this pair makes the most of a grey gradient suede upper with mesh accents and big bubbles providing both comfort and contrast. Tech and logo branding illuminate the model in upper much like the Bat Signal, closing out this cartoon colorway in style.
The Nike Air Max 95 Batman does not have an official release date but is expected to drop in the near future.
