Nike’s Air Max 95 is one of those sneakers that you think you’ve seen from every possible viewpoint until, of course, you realize you haven’t. With the upcoming Just Do It iteration produced in a Japanese sentiment, the dueling themes evoke an aesthetic that brings newness to the famed Sergio Lozano design.
Covered in Just Do It script across the lateral and medial sides, the color scheme represents the historic heights of Japan’s Mt. Fuji from its blue-ish base to the pillow-like clouds it touches to reach its peak. A graphic of the mountain is perched at the tongue while Japanese characters are centered across the outsole.
Several reports indicate that this Air Max 95 will be a Japan exclusive. Nike has not yet confirmed that exclusivity so stay tuned for more details.
