When the Nike Air Max CB 94 first burst onto the performance hoops scene back in the mid ’90s, no one saw the aggressively styled silhouette in low-cut form. Certainly not the shoe’s namesake, Charles Barkley. But here we are. There’s a lowtop. And, for better or worse, they’re not half bad.
Better suited in lighter hues to allow for nuanced visibility, this Light Bone iteration is perfect. It provides the shoe’s aforementioned brazen design to show in true form, whereas midcut OGs were best in Suns colorways which were true to Barkley’s affiliations at the time.
Grab a closer look at the Nike Air Max CB 94 Low “Light Bone” and expect pairs in stores later this fall.
