While the FIBA games and World Basketball Festival may be the talk of the basketball world right now, the summer competitions are but blips on the radar compared to the upcoming 2010-2011 Miami Heat season. LBJ will make his debut as a Heat player and also introduce the Air Max LeBron VIII on the court, which can be seen here in detail. Noticeably absent from this sneaker is any replacement for the LBJ23 logo we’re used to seeing. Instead, the lion logo and LeBron’s signature are the only branding bits seen.
