Over the past few years, Nike has unloaded a slew of Air Griffey Max 1 colorways to many sneaker enthusiast’s excitement; however, this year, Nike will also re-release another celebrated baseball/training sneaker in the form of the Nike Air Max Nomo. The Nike Air Max Nomo was the signature sneaker of Japanese Major League pitcher Hideo Nomo. Originally released in 1996, this sneaker was more than well-received thanks to its Air Griffey Max-like sole and Air bubble usage. The first colorway, Varsity Red/Black-White-Varsity Maize, is already starting to show up at select spots. View additional photos below.
